A Great Salad, That is all I want after a Holiday Meal

This is my Mantra after eating all those things I shouldn’t during the Holiday. It seems like a Easter Treat hangover has hit my Body for the last two days. This blog I will teach you how to make 2 simple salads that will get rid of your TREATS HANGOVER!

Strawberry Chicken Salad. I always make this one with a mixed greens prepackaged bag. Super simple and cost effective. 1 Entire Bag into a large bowl, or a serving plate. I prep 1 pint of strawberries into quarters, 1 small red onion into rounds, 2 large Grilled chicken Breasts into strips , and 1 cup of pecans. Spread the ingredients on the serving plate, or add them all to the bowl. Dressing. I choose between two on this one. A Strawberry vinaigrette or Panera’s Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing.

The other is Super Simple , yet very Tasty. BLT Cobb. Start with Romaine chunked , add Tomato cubed , onion sliced, egg sliced , and Bacon to cover. I often add Chicken to this one Too! I serve this with Ranch.
