This recipe is simple and Hearty. You will need at least 1 to 2 pounds of Ham. Into your crockpot goes 1 cup chopped of celery, carrots, onions, and 3 cloves garlic minced. You will add in 2 large cartons of Vegetable stock. Cube or Dice the Ham and add to the crockpot. My Secret weapon is always 2 packets of Vegetable Dip mix. At this point I add 2 large cans of Great Northern Beans. Turn your crock onto High and cook 4 hours. This will fill your him with amazing aroma and your Belly with warm soup.
