Everyone knows a meal is only as Wonderful as its parts. Side Dishes can make or break your meal. I find vegetables and starches are my choices.
Wicked Green Beans. This is one of my Favorite Sides to make. They are quick, easy , and tasty. You will start a fry pan with a half pound of bacon cut into 1 inch pieces , after brown add 2 sweet onions sliced. Sauté them with the bacon until tender. In a large bowl add 2 pounds of fresh green beans and toss with the bacon and onion mixture. Drizzle with 1/2 cup GOOD Italian Dressing. Spread on a aluminum foil covered sheet pan and bake on 375 for 25 to 30 minutes. DONE
Roasted Cauliflower Separate 1 head of Cauliflower into small pieces. Make sure they are about 2 inch pieces ( not tiny). Toss with Good Quality Cesar Dressing , salt and Pepper to taste. Spread on a foil covered baking sheet 375 for 25 minutes.
Sassy Carrots. This one is awesome. You can slice large Carrots into thick coins, or just use Baby Carrots. In large boil add carrots, 1/2 cup Honey, 2 TBSP of minced garlic, salt, pepper and 2 TBSP of white Balsamic Vinegar. Spread on Foiled baking sheet , bake on 375 for 25 minutes.
