Easter Ham , 3 ways!

While many are planning meals and Brunch a few are still a little confused on the basics of Ham Preparation. You have SO MANY options to buying your Ham. Smoked, Spiral, Glazed, and Fresh. Amongst the most wonderful taste and holiday tradition Ham is valued.

My family (my Husband) lives for the Ham Holidays. He is always thinking. How much will be left over? When will it come out of the oven for me to sneak a piece? Did we buy a big enough Ham? I swear he worries more then me! No matter how you slice it , Ham is a simple item to have ready for your table. I am going to give you 3 SLATHERS to make your have scrumptious!

Traditional Pineapple and Brown Sugar. You need one bag of Dark Brown Sugar, 1 can Pineapple rings, and 1 jar red cherries ( ice cream topper version) , and plenty of toothpicks. Start by pouring over the juice from the pineapple. Spread a thick layer of Brown Sugar All Over the Ham. Arrange the slices of the pineapple, using toothpicks to secure. MAKE SURE TO NOT PUSH THEM IN TO FAR! Next a Cherry in the center of each. Cover with foil and into the oven , be sure to follow the directions of cooking per pound. A good rule of thumb is 375 , 20 minutes per pound in a Smoked Ham.

My Mustard and Honey glaze gives you a sophisticated crust on your Holiday Ham. 1 cup of whole grain mustard, 1/2 cup Honey and 2 tsp of Pepper. Mix it all up and Rub the Ham. Cover with foil and Bake.

Finally, the Coke Cola Ham. This one is simple. Brown SUGAR All Over the Ham and a Can Of Coke in the bottom of the roaster. Cover and bake.

The MOST IMPORTANT Rule is Do Not Peek! Anyone Can Cook, A Holiday Ham like A Pro!
