Sweet & Sassy Puffy Pigs

So this one is SO Easy, you will wanna slap yourself for not thinking about it! This one is short and sweet and most of all Tastes AMAZING!

Shopping LIST ………..1 pound of Bacon ( thick cut), 3 Large Apples, 1 Pack of Shredded Cheese , Honey Mustard, and 2 Cans of Grands Biscuits Turn the oven on to 375 , Spread One Pound of Bacon out on a Parchment covered baking sheet. I like thick cut for this , but you can use regular. Spread each piece lightly with honey mustard and sprinkle with Pepper. Cook the bacon until it is crisp. Remove from oven and drain away the excess grease. I find a cookie cooling rack does a great job. Now we are ready to assembly. Open a can of Extra Large Biscuits, I like Grands. With your palm flatten the round on a parchment or foil lined baking tray. Sprinkle each biscuit round with Shredded cheddar cheese, a bit of thin sliced apple round and finally the Bacon. Fold it over to create a half moon and pinch the sides. I egg wash all the dough moons, and sprinkle with coarse salt before putting them in the oven! Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and serve hot with a side of honey mustard for dipping. Anyone Can Cook, this perfect Easter Starter!
