Cookies that are #1 with a Bulliet!

Whenever I make chocolate chip cookies I become bored just thinking about the same old Cookie! With my Husband being a Loyal Bourbon sipper, I decided to make him a Special Cookie!

This list is long, but it’s worth it! I am Brand Specific on this one. Good Quality makes a Premium Cookie!

Shopping List. King Arthur Bread Flour, Nutella Spread, Reese’s Peanut-butter, Premium non salted Butter, Small Bottle Of Bulliet Bourbon (Orange Label) ,

Here we go with Measurements and directions. In mixing bowl combine 1 cup of Room Temp Butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar and whip until creamed thoroughly. At this point add 3 TBSP of Bourbon,2 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract and 3 Eggs. Whip until all are incorporated. Add 1/2 cup Peanut Butter and 1 TBSP Nutella. In a separate Bowl sift together 3 cups of the King Arthur Bread Flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp Pink Sea Salt. Gradually add the dry to the moist by beating slowly until all is incorporated. Finally by Hand blend in 2 1/2 cups Mini Chocolate morsels. I use a small ice cream scoop to make my cookies. They are Uniform this way. Bake at 360 degrees for 11 minutes, pull from the oven and allow them to sit on tray 1 more minute , Cool on cooling rack! These cookies are Perfect! Anyone Can Cook, and This Cookie is Shot Worthy!
